Next Matter is looking for a Senior Propulsion Engineer to design and deliver innovative rocket motor soft goods for critical systems. This role requires a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering along with 5+ years of relevant experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment, leading the design of soft goods to ensure performance and integrating them with various engineering teams. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in rocket propulsion or high-temperature material systems.
• Strong background in insulation materials and bonding systems.
• Experience with propulsion testing and data analysis.

• Lead the design of soft goods systems ensuring compatibility with materials.
• Conduct failure analysis related to insulation performance.
