Varda is seeking a Principal Propulsion Engineer - Ground Fluids in El Segundo, CA to serve as the technical authority for ground fluid systems across spacecraft programs. You will own architecture, design, build, test, and live flight operations, while leading propellant loading campaigns and shaping our safety standards.

• B.S. in aerospace or mechanical engineering; 6–10+ years propulsion fluid system experience.
• Experience with ground fluid system design, build, and test.
• Familiarity with P&IDs and propulsion hardware components.
• Technical ownership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, build, and operate ground fluid systems across spacecraft programs.
• Lead propellant loading campaigns and define safety standards.
