Agile Defense is seeking a Senior Proposal Solutions Architect to lead the technical development and writing of competitive Federal proposals supporting DoD and Federal Civilian customers.
This role is intended for professionals who have personally authored and led written proposal responses. The ideal candidate will combine handson experience developing missionfocused technical solutions with demonstrated experience producing Federal proposal deliverables such as RFP/RFI responses, white papers, technical volumes, and solution narratives.
Note: This is not a hands-on software engineering or postaward delivery role.
Candidates must have personally developed and written Federal proposal deliverables. Experience limited to sales support, technical SME input, or engineering alone-without owning written proposal content-is not sufficient.
This role is not suited for candidates whose experience is primarily:
Candidates who have only provided technical inputs or sales support-without personally writing RFP/RFI responses, white papers, or technical proposal volumes-will not work for this opportunity.
The successful candidate will have 12+ years of experience in technical roles requiring collaboration among team members and communication with senior-level customers, including 6+ years of supporting business capture processes with written and oral response development. A bachelor's degree or higher is required, with a preference for engineering, computer science, or IT Management related fields of study.
