Job summary

Deloitte GPS Pursuit Center of Excellence seeks an experienced graphic designer to lead the design of client proposals, presentations, and related business development graphics. You will craft high-impact print and digital collateral while ensuring branding, accessibility, and delivery requirements.

Lead design themes, collaborate with senior leaders, and ensure Deloitte Differentiators are reflected across all materials. Travel up to 10% and on-site work in Cincinnati, OH.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of design experience.
• Bachelor's degree with preferred concentration in Marketing, Communications, Art, or Business.
• 4+ years of MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel; Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• 4+ years of typography, layout, composition, color theory, and information design.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Responsibilities

• Conceive, design, and produce a full range of high-impact print and digital collateral.
• Review solicitation requirements and branding guidelines for compliance.
• Perform desktop publishing: formatting, pagination, graphics integration, QA.
• Quality reviews to ensure structure, fonts, headers/footers, and visuals align with requirements.
• Develop and manage overarching design themes across covers, callouts, infographics, photography.
• Collaborate with senior PPMDs on visual displays and audience understanding.
• Ensure Deloitte Differentiators are reflected across all deliverables.
• Follow brand guidelines and legal requirements; maintain professionalism and timely delivery.
