Job summary
MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas seeks a Senior Property Technology Operations Engineer to ensure reliable on-site technology performance across the property. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, manage ServiceNow tickets, and coordinate with field teams to support events and regular operations.
The role blends hands-on technical work with service excellence and continuous improvement, delivering seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of cross-domain IT experience including endpoint, server, network & WiFi, mobile devices and applications.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support, troubleshoot & deployment of end user devices, network, WiFi, mobile devices, and applications.
- Assist with escalated incidents and requests that require senior attention.
- Perform patching and cross-connects; assist with network hardware setup and maintenance.
- Coordinate for site surveys and event technology deployments.
- Oversee asset management practices for technology resources.
- Support hardware procurement, delivery, and distribution to employees.
- Participate in Major Incident and Problem Investigations and provide timely updates.
- Contribute to discovery, site surveys, and implementation for projects.
- Incorporate employee feedback into continuous improvement plans.
