Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in public accounting tax, property tax, or SALT.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support property tax compliance workflows, including calendar tracking and fixed asset reconciliation.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of personal property renditions across multiple jurisdictions, coordinating with team members.
• Review tax bills and assessments to identify potential savings and support appeal efforts under supervision.
• Contribute to client engagements involving valuation studies, obsolescence analyses, and duplicate assessment reviews, with guidance from senior staff.
• Help develop strategies to address property tax issues and improve compliance outcomes through research and collaboration.
• Act as a resource to peers, sharing technical knowledge and supporting team learning initiatives.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders, offering insights that support broader SALT objectives and project success.
