Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years overseeing property management in a 750,000+ sq ft portfolio.
• High school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management.
• Must analyze monthly/quarterly financials, budgets >$12M.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Professional designation from BOMA or IREM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit sites regularly to mentor Property Managers and monitor issues.
• Aid marketing and leasing personnel as needed.
• Develop and maintain communications with Accounting, Development and Marketing/Leasing.
• Ensure compliance with portfolio operating procedures.
• Build relationships with local associations serving the properties.
• Lead and develop direct reports with performance reviews and coaching.
• Demonstrate SPADE values and team leadership.
• Understand property management aspects: Customer relations, Leasing, Engineering, Finance, Security, and Operations.
