Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing is representing a regional insurance carrier seeking a Property Claims Representative (Field Property Claims Representative) in San Jose, CA. Base salary to 110k/year with profit sharing, bonus, and growth potential.

Responsibilities include investigating claims on commercial and residential buildings, performing site inspections, and writing estimates in Xactimate, plus mentoring teammates. Remote/field role with mileage reimbursement and equipment provided.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of claim experience, including 3+ years handling complex property files.
• Strong coverage analysis skills and advanced estimating expertise.
• Ability to draft coverage position letters, reservation of rights, and denial letters when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Investigate property claims involving commercial & residential buildings, collapse, structural damage, earth movement, and total building losses.
• Perform site inspections using Xactimate to write estimates.
• Assist as a technical supervisor in the manager’s absence and mentor junior claim reps.
