Job summary

Qualifications

• College Degree strongly preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in handling complex property losses for residential and/or commercial claims is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections to assess damages and prepare accurate loss estimates.
• Investigate claims, gather evidence, and coordinate with experts to support claims decisions.
• Prepare clear reports and maintain detailed field notes and time/expense records.
• Mentor junior adjusters and contribute to process improvements and accuracy.
