Sedgwick is seeking a Senior Adjuster to investigate and adjust property and casualty claims, residential and commercial, with minimal supervision. The role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred), an IIA-AIC designation, and an active state adjuster license, with about two years of related experience.

Responsibilities include inspecting claims, determining coverage, preparing cost estimates, interviewing involved parties, negotiating settlements, and maintaining client relationships.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Mansioni

• Inspects claims and contacts involved parties in a timely manner.
• Investigates circumstances of claim(s) for coverage, cause, and damages/reserves.
• Examines policies and records to determine coverage.
• Prepares estimates for cost of repair or replacement.
• Conducts interviews with claimant and witnesses.
• Negotiates and settles first and third party claims.
• Addresses salvage and subrogation as required by the client.
• Maintains client relationships to encourage referrals.
