Allied is seeking a Manager, Accounting to lead the property accounting function for a complex portfolio of commercial real estate assets. This manager will ensure accurate financial reporting and provide leadership to a team of property accounting professionals.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience, a CPA designation, and exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills. This role is vital for supporting Allied's financial performance and accountability.

A competitive salary range of $105,000 - $120,000 is offered based on experience and location.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of Property Accounting experience in commercial/retail real estate.
• 2-3 years of managerial/supervisory experience.
• Experience with budgeting and full cycle accounting.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead property accounting team.
• Manage complex property accounting portfolios.
• Review monthly property financial statements.
