Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration or Accounting required.
• 1–3 years accounting experience required; 3–5 years strongly preferred.
• Experience in commercial real estate preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel required.
• JD Edwards accounting software desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quarterly close process and prepare supporting schedules and audit binders.
• Audit client accounts and ensure monthly billing accuracy per lease terms.
• Prepare quarterly Tax and GAAP financial statements with schedules.
• Present revenue/expense variance explanations with property management.”
• Develop financial reports and schedules per lender/third-party requirements.
• Analyze depreciation and reconcile accounts for portfolios monthly.
• Collaborate with Lease Administration, AR, AP, Tax, Finance and Legal to obtain data.
• Assist with budgets and quarterly reforecasts; ensure data integrity in key databases.
• Prepare documentation for client audits and maintain governance.
