Job summary

ACM LLC is seeking a Senior Property Accountant in Chamblee, GA to manage monthly financial statements for a portfolio of 5–8 properties. You will track cash activity, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely payments of mortgages and insurance while supporting audits and inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete monthly operating financial statements for 5–8 properties
• Track and reconcile cash activity, including receipts and disbursements
• Perform monthly bank account reconciliations
• Ensure timely payment and monitoring of critical expenses, including mortgages and insurance
• Collaborate with property management and operations teams to resolve accounting issues, pre-close, and close activities
