Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to own full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of 10+ residential multifamily assets in Sandy Springs, GA.

You will manage month-end closings, GL reconciliations, budgeting, and audits, collaborating with executives and site teams. GAAP compliance and Yardi Voyager experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.
• 4+ years of general accounting experience, with multifamily real estate accounting focus.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and ability to work across multiple entities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial packages for multiple multifamily assets by closing deadlines.
• Review reports to identify trends, variances, and operational efficiencies.
• Post journal entries, accruals, depreciation, allocations, and prepaid items.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
