Compensation is performance-based, and licensing pathways are offered where needed. Candidates should be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable trading in a fast-paced environment with access to firm resources.

Qualifications

• Experience trading in a hedge fund or other proprietary trading business.
• Existing licenses desired but not required.
• All prop equities & options traders are licensed with required securities exams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain strict risk management discipline.
• Manage portfolio and hedged leverage exposure.
• Contribute to daily market analysis and generate trading ideas.
