Job summary

SalonCentric, a wholly owned subsidiary of L’Oréal, is seeking a dynamic Sr. Analyst of Finance in Clearwater, FL. The role focuses on promotional finance management, TEA/IMA handling, and P&L analysis across multiple brands.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience, strong Excel, and familiarity with SAP and Power BI. This role offers a hybrid work policy and opportunities for growth within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years of work experience in a related field.
• Professional communication skills and strong business acumen.
• Proficiency in Excel with Pivot Tables and large data sets.
• Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, MS Access, and MS PowerPoint desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage Trade Event Agreements and expand into P&L analysis.
• Analyze promotional performance data to assess ROI and trends.
• Prepare monthly close and financial reporting packages (MBR, dashboards).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Merchandising and Supply Chain.
• Publish TEA aging reports and ensure accuracy of P&L activity.
