Job summary

BKF Engineers seeks a Senior Project Surveyor in Arizona to lead the delivery of survey projects and ensure quality standards are met. The role involves conducting survey calculations, creating mapping deliverables, and mentoring junior staff while promoting BKF's services.

Candidates should have at least a Bachelor's degree in Geomatics, Surveying, or Civil Engineering, with 4+ years of experience. Strong CAD skills, particularly in Autodesk Civil 3D, are essential. This position may require flexible hours and travel between BKF locations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of office surveying experience with progressively increasing responsibility.
• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) or LSIT is highly desired.
• Deep understanding and experience of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead survey project delivery and coordinate staff.
• Prepare construction staking calculations by reading plans and interpreting CAD files.
• Create mapping deliverables including boundary surveys and legal descriptions.
• Build 3D models of sites and structures.
