Turner Construction Company in the Los Angeles area seeks an experienced Senior Superintendent to oversee field construction on large-scale projects, coordinating owners/architects, scheduling, safety, and quality.
This role leads Superintendents, develops site logistics, manages budgets and subcontractors, and ensures on-time completion within budget. Knowledge of BIM, Lean, Primavera P6 and MS Office is essential. Reports to Project Manager or Project Executive; division Southern Cal Main.

Position Description: Supervises the field construction of a single large or complex project or multiple projects, including organization, planning, and scheduling, in order to complete the work on time, within budget, and to quality specified.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
The salary range for this position is estimated to be 177,000.00 - 250,000.00 USD annualized.
