Job Description

Essential Functions:

1. Work with internal and external Teams to define and refine a sustainable architectural design, dataflow between software components, and dataflow between system interfaces.
2. Recommend, setup, and maintain a software development framework that is easy and sustainable for other Engineers to use.
3. Work with your Team to organize and manage work, including thoughtful participation during refinement sessions.
4. Balance your skillset, interest, and the needs of the product to define, build, test, and deliver as necessary.
5. Along with all Team Members, be both responsible and accountable for the product's requirements/design definition, build, test, and delivery.
6. Showcase the most critical components of the developed product to relevant Partners.
7. Work with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, Product Manager, and all applicable Partners relating to tools, process, techniques, and relationships.
8. Comprehend blocking items that prevent planned work from being completed, then navigate to help eliminate the barriers.
9. Provide technical and process guidance to Team Members that are less familiar with Web application development.
10. You will report to the SW Senior Manager.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
2. Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

1. Typically requires 12+ years of related work experience.
2. Mastery in software integration and configuration management.
3. Mastery in software tool and technology-stack evaluation, and selection.
4. Mastery in the creation of software vision, research, prototyping, and deployment.
5. Mastery with Web development using Angular, C#, and ASP.NET Web APIs.
6. Ability to design, build, and maintain Web applications and hybrid Web applications.
7. Understanding of applied AI concepts and technologies.
8. Understanding how to develop micro-services architecture.
9. Development experience within CNCF environments.
10. Understanding of CIP architecture and communications.
11. Desire to work on a Scrum Team.
12. Passion for sharing knowledge and teaching others.
13. Experience communicating updates and resolutions to customers and other partners.
14. Experience approaching a problem from different angles, analyzing pros and cons of different solutions.
15. Mastery in Web Software development.
16. Significant experience in configuring CI/CD pipelines.
17. Significant experience in building automated tests.
18. Experience in Scrum.
19. Experience with Rockwell Drives and other Rockwell products.
20. Experience in the industrial automation industry.
21. Familiarity of SAFe.
22. Mastery in UX research and design.
