Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions in Greensboro, NC seeks a Project Scheduler to manage schedules for commercial, federal, healthcare, educational, industrial, and government construction projects. The role requires expert use of Primavera P6, CPM scheduling, and collaboration with project teams to ensure schedules meet contractual requirements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in construction planning, strong CPM knowledge, and proficiency with MS Project and Excel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
5+ years of commercial construction planning and scheduling experience.
Strong experience with Primavera P6 (Oracle Primavera) in a construction environment.
Experience creating and maintaining CPM schedules from scratch.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update master construction schedules using Primavera P6.
Build baseline schedules from project inception and maintain them throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate schedule inputs with Project Managers, subcontractors, and field teams.
Monitor critical path activities and evaluate schedule impacts, delays, and recovery plans.
Perform schedule analysis, variance tracking, and delay analysis.
Produce progress reports, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
