Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience, with domestic/international travel as needed. Strong knowledge of Primavera and EVMS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; commonly in engineering, construction management, or business.
• Minimum 5 years of related project controls, scheduling, or EVMS experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required depending on project needs.
• Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and government regulations.
• Gather progress data from project teams to monitor medium-to-high complexity projects.
• Update schedules, resources, costs, and subcontractor commitments.
• Perform earned value management reporting and variance analysis.
• Develop time-phased cost forecasts and monitor budget status.
• Prepare client and internal status reports on cost and schedule trends.
• Provide guidance and training to junior staff; mentor and supervise as needed.
• Communicate schedule status and risks clearly to project teams and clients.
