Eversource Energy in Hartford, CT, seeks a Senior Project Planner & Scheduler to support Transmission projects. The role focuses on establishing, maintaining, and reporting costs and schedules for Capital, Maintenance, and Distribution projects across the Transmission portfolio.

The candidate will work with project managers and stakeholders to optimize resources and timelines, ensuring alignment with project objectives and constraints. Hybrid schedule in a dynamic utility environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of planning and scheduling experience.
• Primavera P6 scheduling experience is strongly desired.
• Experience with Power BI and related tools is desirable.

Mansioni

• Maintain and manage Project Schedules from initiation through closeout that primarily support the Transmission Organization: Capital Projects, Maintenance Projects and Distribution Projects.
• Collaborate with internal organizations by maintaining resource-loaded schedules with reflective logic and duration to indicate resource constraints.
• Develop, maintain, analyze, and manage project activities and resources to support requirements.
• Establish, monitor, and report baselines for cost and schedule.
• Provide engineering and construction resource solutions for meeting project objectives.
