Job summary

Boston Government Services is seeking a Project Scheduler to support the Y-12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. This role requires coordinating schedules, costs, and risk across DOE projects with Primavera P6 and other scheduling tools.

Hybrid work at Y-12 with some travel and a clear path to security clearance. You will work with project managers to ensure on-time delivery, compliant with government directives, and provide data-driven analysis to inform decisions for complex,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Earned Value Management and related PM processes.
• Verifiable experience using Oracle Primavera P6 and Project Scheduler tools.
• Strong oral and written communication for reporting to customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate with personnel at all levels across the organization and with external stakeholders.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for security clearance; successful drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting for multiple scopes of varying size and complexity.
• Ensure project managers have tools to confirm projects are on track and compliant with requirements.
• Coordinate scope, cost, and schedule integration across projects.
• Manage cost and schedule reporting for concurrent projects.
• Develop cost, schedule, and risk plans and forecast to complete.
• Identify and track changes to scope with visibility of cost and schedule impact.
