Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Quality Manager III to direct quality across capital programs for owners and EPCs. You will establish the quality management system, set supplier and contractor standards, and lead audits.

You will report to executive leadership on quality performance, risk, and cost of quality, supervise Project Quality Managers, and guide corrective actions. The role requires 10+ years in quality on capital projects and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of quality experience on capital projects.
• 5+ years directing quality programs and staff.
• Certified lead auditor (CMQ, CQA, or NQA-1) with regulated program exposure.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system, procedures, and audit program.
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects; set standards and review performance.
• Own supplier and contractor qualification, approved vendor lists, and quality requirements in procurement.
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits; own corrective-action closure.
• Report quality performance, risk, and cost of quality to executive leadership.
• Field visits to ensure the system is followed and decisions on nonconformances are justified.
