Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager III to lead quality across a portfolio of capital projects for owner or EPC clients. You establish the quality management system, direct Project Quality Managers, and set qualification standards for suppliers and contractors.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in quality on capital projects, 5+ years directing programs, and certifications such as ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA; ISO 9001 lead auditor and NQA-1 lead auditor are strong pluses.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality on capital projects.
• 5+ years directing quality programs and staff.
• ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA certification.
• ISO 9001 lead auditor; NQA-1 lead auditor a strong plus.
• Experience as the quality authority on regulated programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system and audit program.
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects and set standards.
• Own supplier and contractor qualification and the approved vendor list.
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits.
• Report quality performance, risk, and cost of quality to executive leadership.
