King County Metro is hiring a Project Program Manager III to lead and coordinate complex, high-impact projects requiring cross-department collaboration and standardized workflows. You will oversee tracking, reporting, and documentation to ensure timely, accurate delivery across stakeholders.

The TELR team supports employees and labor relations with emphasis on innovation, continuous improvement, and service excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Three (3) years of experience managing complex projects from concept through implementation or an equivalent background.
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects with competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Advanced project management skills including planning, scheduling, risk management, and process improvement.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional work with leaders, attorneys, labor organizations, regulatory agencies, and partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail and diplomacy.

Aufgaben

• Act as the point person for assigned agency-wide projects and programs.
• Coordinate external agency requests and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead and facilitate large-scale meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Oversee project tracking, standardized workflows, and reporting across departments.
• Develop tracking systems, dashboards, and documentation to support delivery and compliance.
• Manage grievances, arbitration activities, RFIs, and other labor-relations projects.
