CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Program Manager for the Dental, Vision, and Voluntary Healthcare Benefits team to oversee product, program, and project management. Leads the work and deliverables of multiple, complex projects or programs, through to implementation, that impact multiple processes, systems, functions, and products.

Position may sit anywhere in US. Requires 7+ years of PM experience in healthcare, matrix organization skills, and a strong track record of hitting

• Serves as resource to ensure compliance and appropriateness of key external communications.
• Supports leader in managing team including town halls, team meetings, and culture initiatives.

Position Summary

Join the Dental, Vision, and Voluntary Healthcare Benefits team as a Senior Project Program Manager for oversight of product, program, and project management.

Leads the work and deliverables of multiple, complex projects or programs, through to implementation, that impact multiple processes, systems, functions, and products. Length of project may run multiple years in duration.

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$67,900.00 - $182,549.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
