CVS Health Senior Project Program Manager for the Dental, Vision and Voluntary Healthcare Benefits team oversees large, cross‑functional programs from inception to implementation, across processes, systems and products. Projects may run for multiple years and span several functions.

You will steer initiatives, ensure milestones, develop experience maps for key constituents, support strategic planning with stakeholders, and guide external communications.

• 7+ years of Program / Project Management experience within the Healthcare industry.
• Proven project management skills working in a matrix organization.
• Proven track record in meeting business project milestones.

Position Summary

Join the Dental, Vision, and Voluntary Healthcare Benefits team as a Senior Project Program Manager for oversight of product, program, and project management.

Leads the work and deliverables of multiple, complex projects or programs, through to implementation, that impact multiple processes, systems, functions, and products. Length of project may run multiple years in duration.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Program / Project Management experience within the Healthcare industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Dental / Vision experience preferred

Education

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $67,900.00 – $182,549.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
