Job description

Tiger Analytics is an advanced analytics consulting firm. We are the trusted analytics partner for several Fortune 100 companies, enabling them to generate business value from data. Our consultants bring deep expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning and AI. Our business value and leadership has been recognized by various market research firms, including Forrester and Gartner.

An ideal candidate should have experience leading migration of multiple LaTAm applications from sector-specific data lakes to an enterprise data foundation/platform, while coordinating stakeholders, managing delivery, and providing enough technical depth to understand Databricks, SQL, Python, Azure, and analytics-related challenges.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage end-to-end Data & Analytics programs/projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.
  • Manage complex delivery programs involving multiple workstreams, teams, dependencies, and stakeholders.
  • Drive project planning, execution, governance, status reporting, risk and issue management, dependency tracking, and delivery management.
  • Provide hands‑on technical leadership across Databricks, Python, SQL, and Azure data technologies.
  • Work closely with engineering, data, analytics, business, and technology teams to design and deliver scalable data solutions.
  • Lead and oversee large‑scale data and application migration initiatives, including migration planning, data validation, dependencies, risks, and cutover activities.
  • Analyze data and business requirements and translate them into effective data, analytics, and reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, establish priorities, manage expectations, and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Identify and proactively resolve delivery risks, technical issues, dependencies, and project challenges.
  • Support data‑platform and data‑lake modernization initiatives within the Azure/Databricks ecosystem.
  • Work with CPG/Retail stakeholders and teams to address business and analytics requirements, with a focus on Revenue Growth Management (RGM) where applicable.
  • Coordinate migration and delivery activities across LATAM applications, data sources, and stakeholders.
  • Establish effective project governance, communication, and reporting mechanisms for senior stakeholders.
  • 10–15 years of overall experience in Program/Project Management, Data & Analytics, or related technology domains.
  • Strong experience in Program/Project Management, preferably managing large accounts, complex delivery programs, and multiple workstreams.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end Data & Analytics projects, including planning, execution, delivery, dependency management, risk management, and stakeholder management.
  • Hands‑on experience with Databricks, including practical implementation and development experience rather than program‑level exposure only.
  • Strong hands‑on Python and SQL skills.
  • Strong experience with the Azure data and cloud ecosystem.
  • Proven experience in data migration, preferably involving large‑scale application migrations, data‑lake migrations, or cloud data‑platform migrations.
  • Strong Data Analytics and Data Analysis skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into data‑driven solutions and insights.
  • CPG/Retail domain experience is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) is a strong plus.
  • Experience working with LATAM applications and data, particularly large‑scale data/application migration initiatives involving LATAM, is highly relevant.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Significant career development opportunities exist as the company grows. The position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a small, fast‑growing, challenging and entrepreneurial environment, with a high degree of individual responsibility.
