Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Senior Project & Program Manager to join our Compliance Solutions team in the Minneapolis/St. Cloud, MN area.

This full-time, hybrid role requires coordinating software development projects from planning through deployment and ensuring timely, quality delivery. You will coach Agile practices, manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders, report progress, and help implement process improvements to balance short-term project needs with long-term company

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years with software development teams.
• 3+ years leading teams as scrum master or project manager.
• Experience with iterative methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Ability to build and manage project/release plans, risks, scheduling, and resource planning.
• Experience managing 3rd party vendors and geographically dispersed teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Visual Studio.

## Senior Project & Program ManagerApply: Hybrid (8 days/month): USA - St Cloud, MN: USA - Minneapolis, MN: Full time: Posted Today: R0056616This role will support Compliance Solutions division and will primarily work with the FCC-CS Compliance Solutions suite of products:**Responsibilities*** Project Manage software development teams throughout the entire software development project lifecycle, including facilitating the planning, construction, testing, and deployment phase* Work with the team and stakeholders to help ensure projects meet the requirements and are delivered with quality in a timely manner* Coach and guide the team in its Agile practices, facilitating the team's meetings, removing impediments, and shielding the team from interruptions* Lead projects with development teams of internal/external developers, testers, analysts, and product managers using Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies* Identify any issues and risks for the team and project, and manage any open issue or risk to resolution* Report sprint, release, and project delivery status. Participate in the related status meetings* Help ensure artifacts are accurate and documents clearly define the scope and status, and receive stakeholder approval* Prepare timely, clear, and concise reports and presentations for management* Maintain a strategic focus on the deliverables, including frequent interaction with the business area to ensure a balance between the immediate project needs and the long-term goals of the company* Promote process change where the existing process may not reflect best practices or may be deficient in providing the organization with adequate controls and direction**Qualifications****Minimum Experience:*** Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience.
