Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior planning role within construction, M&E, infrastructure, energy, EPC, or similar environments.
• Advanced proficiency with planning software including Asta Powerproject, Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen to interpret programme data and support decisions.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills to drive project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead planning specialist for the business unit and provide direction on all programme activities.
• Oversee planning across multiple projects ensuring consistency in scheduling standards and reporting.
• Develop and support the planning team and foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Provide expert planning input during tendering and delivery to support successful outcomes.
• Create fully integrated project programmes covering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
