Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent required, OSHA 30 training.
• Minimum 3 years' experience managing highway, heavy industrial, or commercial construction projects.
• Proficient in MS Office, cloud apps, AutoCAD, Takeoff software, and ERP reporting tools.
• Strong scheduling, data analysis, and leadership skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all project phases from hand-off to completion.
• Ensure client requirements are met and projects finish ahead of schedule.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and procedural standards.
• Coordinate with estimating, field teams, and stakeholders.
• Travel for site visits as required.
• Lead and mentor project team as needed.
