Blue Signal is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major municipal water infrastructure projects across Texas, with hybrid flexibility and significant on-site involvement. You will guide planning, scheduling, budgeting, and field operations while driving delivery under CMAR/GC-at-risk models.

The role requires 10+ years in construction/PM, strong GC experience in water/wastewater, and travel within Texas.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction, engineering, or project management.
• Strong GC experience in municipal water/wastewater or heavy utilities.
• Experience with water/wastewater treatment facilities and related infra.
• Experience delivering projects via CMAR or GC at risk.
• Willingness to travel within Texas and on-site involvement.

Responsibilities

• Direct complex municipal water infrastructure projects across planning to completion.
• Guide planning by integrating budgets, schedules, purchasing, and field ops.
• Lead delivery using CMAR and GC-at-risk methods.
• Partner with teams to maintain alignment and execution.
• Oversee project financials and reporting.
• Build strong partnerships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop teams for improved performance.
• Contribute construction expertise during proposals and preconstruction.
