Senior Project Manager – Water & Wastewater Utilities

Join Halff as a Senior Project Manager for Water and Wastewater Utilities. This role supports project leadership across multiple Florida locations, offering significant career growth opportunities within a well‑established engineering firm.

What You Will Do

• Directly responsible for Water & Wastewater Utility projects, developing plans, specifications and contract documents for treatment plants, pump stations and pipelines.
• Serve as the client point of contact, handling project design, marketing, reporting, forecasting and invoicing.
• Oversee project design, manage staff and mentor junior team members.

What You Will Need

• 8+ years of experience in Water/Wastewater Utility projects, including pipeline and treatment plant planning and design.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE), preferably in Florida, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Strong independent decision‑making skills and technical leadership. Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with Water/Wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, water storage and pipeline design is a plus.
