Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Steam Power - Nuclear to lead complex steam power projects in nuclear and related industrial settings. You will drive delivery from conception to completion, focusing on customer satisfaction, cost control, and schedule execution.

The role requires strong communication, disciplined project controls, and the ability to coordinate across internal and external stakeholders while maintaining contractual scope and identifying risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in power generation or industrial manufacturing.
• Experience with steam power systems in nuclear, fossil, or industrial settings.
• Strong communication and project controls discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from conception to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager - Steam Power - Nuclear to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will oversee complex project delivery for steam power work in nuclear and related industrial environments, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, financial control, and schedule execution. The Senior Project Manager will coordinate across internal and external stakeholders to keep contractual scope clear, manage risks and opportunities, and drive projects from conception through completion. Success in this position will require strong communication, disciplined project controls, and the ability to serve as the central point of accountability for project-based activities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $119,600 – $199,400 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from conception to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related technical discipline
• 5+ years of project management experience in power generation or industrial manufacturing
• P. Eng. Certification preferred
• PMP Certification preferred
