Job summary

BraunAbility Group seeks a seasoned Project Manager 3 (PM3) to lead complex programs in Winamac, Indiana. You will plan, execute, and monitor timelines and budgets within Stage-Gate and APQP frameworks, guiding cross‑functional teams to delivery on scope, cost, and quality.

You will influence stakeholders, drive risk mitigation, and mentor PMO practices, coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure successful new vehicle or lift product introductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering or business.
• PMP and APQP certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years related PM experience, with Stage-Gate or new product launches.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and influence project elements to meet time and budget goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, costs, and risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Facilitate Stage-Gate processes and APQP requirements across programs.
• Drive steering committee updates and mentor PMO practices.
