Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead audit risk assessments within the Global Procurement Sustainability team. You will collaborate with the Social Responsibility group and stakeholders to ensure supplier compliance with human rights principles and supply chain standards.

You will manage audits end-to-end, engage senior leaders, and drive remediation in a complex, global environment while maintaining the highest standards across audits and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• 5+ years of supply chain experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in procurement organization performing vendor management, contract management, negotiating complex purchases, and bidding
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in project or program management
• Experience in procurement, budgeting, forecasting, or asset management
• Experience in people management and team development
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
• Knowledge of collecting data from log files, data stores, SQL, and APIs

Responsibilities

• Leading Audit risk assessment activities across Global Operations suppliers.
• Meet with senior leaders to understand the business and assess human rights risks.
• Sponsor and oversee a portfolio of audits and remediation plans.
• Draft responses to high-priority issues in partnership with WW OPs and HRSI.
