We are growing with our SAP framework and are taking off on our digital journey to use the newest S/4 HANA features to optimize and enhance our global template. We are looking for a passionate Senior Project Manager/Solution Architect SAP TM (Transportation Management) to join our SAP Team in Lyndhurst, NJ (201 Polito Avenue, Lyndhurst, New Jersey 07071, United States). What we offer you

You will be responsible for the realization of challenging SAP rollouts and projects as part of our Global SAP team. Lead SAP TM projects from initiation to successful completion. Manage expectations on the development of solid project plans, with milestones and clear deliverables (in IT and business terms), handling risks, issues, and objections. Manage timelines, budgets, and quality without compromise. Shape group wide digitalization initiatives and translate concepts into solutions that simplify and strengthen core business processes. Defining, orchestrating, and steering essential work packages across diverse cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment with project targets and efficient resource utilization. Manage overall services relationship end‑to‑end, steering committees and project office, between SIKA, SI partner, and Central SAP template team. Ensure transparency and rigorous risk management. Secure alignment across senior stakeholders and anchors delivered solutions sustainably in the organization.

Salary range: $140,000 - $160,000 + Bonus
