Qualifications

• 5 - 8 years of experience managing multidisciplinary technical projects.
• Experience leading technically complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and execution skills.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, biology, chemistry, operations, and commercial teams.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience with project management software such as SmartSheets, Microsoft Project, Jira.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of key technical and operational projects from planning through execution.
• Implement and improve project management processes, reporting structures, and tools.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets with functional leads.
• Identify risks and issues early; develop mitigation plans to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with engineering, chemistry, biology, operations, and commercial teams.
• Prepare and deliver project updates, status reports, and executive summaries.
• Maintain project documentation and deliverables per internal standards.
• Contribute to scalable project management practices and operational rigor.
