Job summary

ADU Express is a fast-paced, Los Angeles–based design-build firm delivering ADUs at scale. The Project Manager leads multiple builds, coordinating field superintendents, subcontractors, and trade partners to hit milestones on time and on budget.

For Senior Project Manager, you bridge design and field operations, driving standardized, scalable production, mentoring multiple teams, and overseeing a portfolio of projects with a focus on cost efficiency and cycle-time reduction.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of construction project management experience with a proven track record.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Solid knowledge of California building codes, permitting, and inspection workflows.
• Proficiency with project management and construction software.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple ADU builds simultaneously, ensuring milestones on time and budget.
• Serve as primary command for field superintendents and subcontractors.
• Maintain a centralized project hub with real-time data, schedules, budgets, and docs.
• Set expectations for trade partners and maintain factory-speed standards.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to keep the pipeline moving.
• Own project budgets end-to-end and manage costs.
