Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Menlo Park, CA is seeking a Senior Project Manager for PDS Projects to lead complex tenant-improvement and office projects, manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder relationships.

The role requires a bachelor’s in a related field, PMP or equivalent, and 7+ years of project-management experience with strong leadership and communication skills. This on-site role is based in Menlo Park and San Francisco with compensation in the 160,000–180,000 USD annually range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, etc.)
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the commercial real estate industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
