Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Cincinnati, Ohio to lead on-site activities for data center projects. You will coordinate with client teams, consultants, and contractors to manage snagging, schedules, and partner engagement while driving progress and quality.

The role requires strong communication and a track record of building client relationships. You will oversee safe work practices, implement project procedures, and lead key meetings to drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in PM or construction or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices.
• Coordinate with client, consultant and contractor on snagging, schedule and partner engagement.
• Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve them.
• Implement and monitor project processes, partnering with the client for improvements.
• Lead meetings to monitor progress and communicate impacts to partners.
• Ensure adherence to project procedures and ensure they are observed.

The Opportunity

In this role you will:

• Be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices
• Coordinate with the client team, consultant team and the contractor on all snagging activities, including the schedule and partner engagement
• Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve effectively
• Implement and monitor key project processes, partnering with the client to make improvements and revisions
• Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partners
• Implement project procedures and use reasonable endeavours to ensure that this procedure is always observed

• Have experience project managing on a data centre project
• Have a project management professional certification or are seeking one. We can help
• Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline
• Are detail oriented and quality focused
• Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
