Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Flow Control Service LLC in Middleburg Heights, OH seeks a Project Manager to lead cross-functional project teams, manage scope, schedule, cost and quality, and ensure customer satisfaction across complex nuclear projects.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, risk management, and proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders. Requires PMP knowledge and strong collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Or 10+ years of comparable technical sales, quality and engineering plus 5 years of project management experience.
• Familiar with complex Nuclear projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and control schedule, communications, cost, quality, and performance risks to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Apply PMP knowledge and business practices to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Develop project plans, coordinate activities, communicate changes and progress, manage team activities and timelines in scheduling tools.
• Track progress and review tasks to meet deadlines.
• Establish ownership for project tasks and ensure team has required tools and timely feedback.
• Work with department managers to manage capacity and resources.
• Coordinate and deliver project objectives across engineering, product structure, materials, quality, docs, manufacturing, assembly, shipping.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internally throughout the project lifecycle.
