Westinghouse Electric Co is seeking a Sr. Project Manager for the OEM Parts team in New Stanton, PA. You will manage high‑complexity projects (100k to 15M) across electrical, mechanical, and I&C domains, coordinating multi‑discipline teams of 10+ members and reporting to the Sr.

Project Portfolio Manager. The role requires hands‑on project leadership, development of master schedules, and on‑site presence three days per week at the New Stanton facility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline; equivalent combinations considered.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical or I&C components for nuclear power plants.
• Experience with MS Project and Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project lifecycles from proposal through to implementation including initiating, executing, monitoring and close-out.
• Define and initiate projects and assign or obtain project managers to manage cost, schedule and performance of component projects.
• Develop project plans including scope, schedule, and cost baselines; analyze needs and develop metrics.
• Determine methods and resources to achieve goals and create detailed work plans with staffing and finance allocation.
• Monitor progress and ensure timelines are met at major milestones.
• Balance constraints and continuously improve project management procedures.
