Job summary

Trellis Energy, a Houston-based technology company, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead customer implementations of Trellis for natural gas operations. You will be the client’s liaison to the Trellis Development Team and executive team, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of implementations and effective change management.

You will gather requirements, manage the lifecycle, train users, and coordinate cross-functional teams across product, strategy, and delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of natural gas/energy software consulting with full lifecycle experience.
• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Preferred experience with Agile methodology.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations of Trellis software.
• Liaise with clients and Trellis Development/Executive teams.
• Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of implementations.
• Manage requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, training, UAT, deployment and stabilization.
• Collaborate with product/strategy teams for client-specific customizations.
• Create and manage statements of work, project plans, risks, scope, and budgets.
• Communicate timelines and milestones across stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach project resources.
