Responsibilities

• Be the primary client contact, delivering proposals, contracts, and presentations.
• Oversee projects to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate schedules, staffing, and quality across project teams.
• Lead teams including staff and subconsultants to deliver results.
• Invoice clients and explain billed items; follow up on accounts.
• Maintain client confidentiality and proper online documentation.
• Perform root cause analysis for write-offs and ensure quality control.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to clients and team members.
