Job summary

Pennymac, NYSE: PFSI, is seeking a Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives across departments. You will forecast requirements, prepare budgets, manage expenditures, and monitor variances to meet financial objectives.

You will lead scope definition, ensure QA procedures, coordinate resources and vendors, measure performance, and uphold Pennymac's values of accountability, reliability, and ethics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in the direct management of large, complex projects.
• Thorough understanding of project and program management techniques and methods.
• Excellent knowledge of resource management principles.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure that project reviews and quality assurance procedures take place.
• Represent the business and the overall organizational interests when working cross departmental on projects/programs.
• Review proposals and monitor technical needs and issues.
• Coordinate internal resources, third parties and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
• Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values.
