Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or PM required.
• PMI certification preferred.
• At least six years in PM in manufacturing or construction.
• Experience reading blueprints and schematics.
• ERP experience; Global Shop Solutions a plus.
• Strong communication with customers, subcontractors, and teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, as primary contact.
• Plan, execute, monitor and complete turnkey projects with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets; track costs.
• Request, evaluate, and select subcontractor quotes.
• Review bids with estimating team for accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare material takeoffs and cost estimates for opportunities and changes.
• Manage scope changes, risks, and contingency plans.
• Coordinate with manufacturing to meet specs and delivery commitments.
• Prepare and present updates, proposals, and progress reports.
• Read blueprints and contract drawings; apply fabrication knowledge.
• Estimate costs for non-core opportunities with engineering and management.
