Qualifications

• 6+ years in high-end luxury home construction.
• Strong client-facing skills; calm, professional.
• Proven cost management and budgeting experience.
• Hands-on builder who understands means and methods.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making.
• Established relationships with local subcontractors and vendors.
• Comfortable working in both field and office.
• Buildertrend experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage luxury custom home projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, architects, and designers.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and change orders.
• Lead subcontractors and vendors with a strong on-site presence.
• Maintain quality control, safety standards, and attention to detail.
• Proactively solve problems and keep projects moving forward.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local trades and suppliers.
• Balance field leadership with office responsibilities such as documentation and scheduling.
• Use Buildertrend or similar software to manage projects and communication.
