Together, the combined firm offers expanded capabilities across industries and end‑to‑end project delivery—from early‑stage strategy through design, construction, and occupancy.

Our Life Sciences team supports the development of laboratory, biotech, pharmaceutical, research, and mission‑critical facilities across the country. We work closely with clients to deliver highly specialized environments that require advanced infrastructure, technical systems integration, and precise project execution.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will work directly with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and project teams to support planning, design, and construction activities for new buildings, tenant improvements, infrastructure projects, and facility assignments.

Review project requirements and program objectives and confirm incorporation into consultant deliverables

Coordinate procurement of design, construction, and consultant services

Support contract development, review, negotiation, and administration for project‑related agreements; coordinate specialty consultants and peer reviews as needed

Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets, schedules, and project controls; support evaluation of potential changes to project scope, budget, and schedule

Analyze project budgets and schedules and identify potential impacts to financial and operational objectives

Participate in value engineering discussions and review project alternatives with clients and teams

Build strong partnerships with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders

Collaborate with clients and project teams to identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum

Support the project team and/or mentor internal project resources, including Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers.

Monitor construction activities and confirm alignment with design intent, contract requirements, schedules, and quality standards; observe and report on construction progress and project‑related issues

Support and coordinate successful project closeout for MEPP and Technology and transition/training activities
